I spent 30 years at Procter & Gamble — from Key Account to Italy Sales & Marketing Senior Director, through Southern Europe Innovation & Insights Senior Director.
Along the way I managed teams of up to 40 people, ran budgets of €40M+, built category strategies with Italy’s largest retailers and generated over €300M in incremental turnover. I launched the Milan Innovation Center, with 500+ top management customer meetings hosted.
